My Planning Process

Step 1

Connect

There is no substitute for a personal connection when it comes to creating the perfect adventure!

After initially connecting, we'll schedule a time to discuss your vision for your trip as well as your travel style and preferences, answer any questions you have, and really get to understand how to tailor the itinerary to you! I’ll also share more about my process and services, including details of my planning fee (fees vary based on the complexity of your itinerary).

Step 2

Design

After you complete and submit your forms - including the all-about-you questionnaire, client agreement, and service fee payment - the fun part begins!

I’ll research and collaborate with partners to design a custom itinerary based on your completed questionnaire and our conversations. You'll receive 1-2 travel options to review and provide feedback on what I’ve sent. From there, we'll work together to refine your trip until it’s the perfect fit for you!

Step 3

Leave the tedious work to me! Once your itinerary is finalized, I'll book and manage all of your travel arrangements, including excursions, private guides, special events and more. Before jetting off, all details will be confirmed, finalized and easily accessible to you.

You may receive added amenities through select preferred partnerships, including free daily breakfast, spa or food & beverage credit, upgraded room (subject to availability), and more.

Step 4

Time to travel! Prior to departing, you will receive a detailed itinerary available on an exclusive travel app for your mobile device, allowing for easy reference when travelling.

Itineraries will not be printed as part of Beyond Travel Explorations' sustainability efforts.
